**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Formulation Nutritionist II will provide review and development of formulations for current and future products. In this role, you will collaborate with project teams to create new products from conceptualization to commercialization, support the evolution and improvement of nutritional quality, flavor and texture of company products. You will oversee the introduction of the nutrition system to customers and guide them through the partial or complete implementation of the system.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Train new staff in formulation.
+ Advise internal and external partners and become the go to person for ingredient know how and nutrient evaluation related questions.
+ Communicate any opportunities for cost savings in the product portfolio, projects related to ingredient, nutrient and production know how.
