Deliver holistic nutrition care as a Registered Dietitian at Extendicare. Oversee resident assessments, develop tailored nutrition plans, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
This part-time role focuses on enhancing the nutrition and hydration of residents. You will assess nutrition statuses, document care, and develop personalized nutrition plans. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will provide dietary education and monitor high-risk residents continuously, advocating for their nutritional needs throughout their stay.
