Nursing Resource Coordinator (N4) - Adult/Peds Nursing Respite

Position Overview

As a member of a Home Care Team, reporting to the Manager Health Services, the incumbent functions as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a consistent standard of client nursing services. This is achieved through responsible management of nursing staff and other resources. Nursing Resource Coordinators supervise and manage their staff according to the MNU collective agreement, CRNM Standards of Practice and Operational Standards for the Visiting Nurse Program.

Experience

• Minimum of four years recent related nursing experience.
• Experience supervising staff required, preferably in a unionized environment.
• Community experience an asset.
• Case Management experience an asset.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
