Opportunity Description
Lead nursing education initiatives at Brightshores in Owen Sound as a Clinical Educator. This full-time, temporary role is focused on enhancing staff competency and quality care.
In this role, you will report directly to the Manager of Nursing Practice and Education, embodying the principles of patient-family-centred care and promoting evidence-based practices. The Clinical Educator is responsible for developing and coordinating educational programs, ensuring nursing staff are well-trained in essential competencies and technologies.
