Position Summary
Northern Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Regional Child and Youth Service Network team. This dynamic role focuses on providing clinical leadership and supporting the care of children and youth (18 years of age and younger) across Northern Health sites who present with mental health and/or substance use concerns. The Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in guiding assessment, care planning, and treatment, while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. This position also facilitates seamless transitions to follow-up services through coordination with community mental health agencies and primary care providers.
