We are currently recruiting Nurse Practitioners to join our team in Orangeville, Shelburne, and Bolton. There are 3 full time positions available.

Nurse Practitioner s are a vital part of Dufferin Area Family Health Team (DAFHT) and collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary providers to achieve the vision and mission of the organization. Our Nurse Practitioners help the DAFHT meet its strategic objectives by participating in the chronic disease management, health promotion and disease prevention programs. The Nurse Practitioners responsibilities will consist of all aspects of being a Primary Health Care Provider, consultant, educator and advocate.
