Nurse Manager (Nursing Home) - $7K to $9K Office hours #HKH

Oversees the team of RN/EN, NA/HA under her charge. Responsible for compliance with all nursing standards as stipulated by MOH and SNB.

• Lead quality assurance activities to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care of the ward.
• Ensure quality audits are planned, conducted periodically, and followed up with corrective improvements.
• Ensure written policies and SOPs are available and up to date to guide nursing practices.
• Provide direct care to patients to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure smooth transition of residents from acute to chronic care and back to the community where possible.
• Ensure appropriate skill mix and adequate manpower resourcing for all shifts and types of services for the area under her/her purview.
• Direct and facilitate staff development, skills, and competency upgrading through in‑house training, approved online learning, or formal education opportunities.
