Responsible to design, validate, implement and sustain test systems; including documentation, training and statistical process control. An Engineer seeks and promotes the continuous improvement and automation of the test processes on current and transfers businesses.
Responsible to seek new technologies for the implementation of the processes linked to I4.0.
- Develops test process complying with customer requirements, quality and product specifications to comply with Start of Production dates and safety linked to all new programs (NPIs) and product transfers (STPs).
- Responsible for creating test standard procedures based on design test specifications and support focus factory units to eliminate or reduce downtime on NPIs and STPs.
- Develops a comprehensive troubleshooting and root cause analysis guide for common electrical test failures on NPIs and STPs.
