Responsibilities:
Execute engineering tasks and provide technical support to the Process Engineering team.
Participate in the development, adjustment, and optimization of medical device assembly processes.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including engineering builds and process validations.
Execute and document equipment and process qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process stability.
Prepare protocols, technical reports, and required documentation for validations and process changes.
Apply problem-solving methodologies and tools to improve performance, quality, and productivity.
Provide support in quality investigations related to manufacturing processes.
