Job Summary Provide assessment and therapeutic interventions to clients with movement, functional, or rehabilitation needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and measure outcomes. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Conduct functional and biomechanical assessments to evaluate clients physical abilities, movement impairments, and rehabilitation needs. Develop individualized treatment and exercise programs based on assessment findings and client goals. Deliver therapeutic interventions, including supervised exercise, manual techniques, and modality use within scope of practice. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes in clinical records. Provide client and caregiver education on injury prevention, exercise techniques, and self-management strategies.
