- Develop architectural concepts and design solutions from schematic design through construction administration.
- Prepare and produce architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD/BIM software.
- Coordinate design work with structural, mechanical, electrical engineers and other consultants to integrate building systems.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning bylaws, accessibility standards, and sustainability requirements.
