NOC 14400 - Shippers and receivers

Job Summary Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensures accurate inventory records and safe handling of materials. Number of Positions 8 Main Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quantity, quality, and damage, and report discrepancies. Unload and load trucks, containers, and pallets using appropriate handling techniques and equipment. Sort, label, stage, and store goods according to established procedures and inventory locations. Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing orders and shipping documentation for carrier pickup. Record and update inventory, shipping, and receiving data in warehouse management systems and manual logs. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and follow workplace health and safety policies. Requirements Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.
