Job Summary
Provide clerical support for financial transactions, recordkeeping, and client inquiries in a banking and insurance environment. Ensure accurate processing of documents and adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Main Duties
- Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers accurately and efficiently.
- Verify, reconcile and update account records and prepare periodic reports for internal use.
- Maintain and organize client files, documentation, and electronic records to ensure completeness and accessibility.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email or in person and provide information on account status and basic products or services.
- Prepare and process insurance forms, claims documentation, invoices, and other financial paperwork as required.
