Job Summary
Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders, managing schedules, communications, and project follow-up. Maintain efficient office operations while handling confidential information with discretion.

Main Duties
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries and handle related logistics and expense reconciliation.
- Screen and prioritize incoming inquiries, redirecting requests and following up on action items as required.
