About the role
The purpose of the Night Shift role at James Liston Hostel is to oversee the safety, security and welfare of staff, residents, and the building during the night outside office hours.
Night Shift workers do not carry a caseload but are responsible for being aware of the individual needs of residents and their Support Plans, Safety and Risk Management Plans, and upholding relationships which are consistent with services provided throughout the day.
