Night Manager (Barcelona)

The Hoxton Poblenou is located in Barcelona and is our 11th Hoxton. The hotel features 240 bedrooms, a large restaurant (Four Corners, The Slice shop, La Bodega), a rooftop pool, a taqueria Tope, a bright lobby, a basement events space, and The Apartment, a unique meetings and events concept.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift and oversee the night team tasks.
• Ensure the guest experience remains seamless throughout the night.
• Manage guest check-in/check-out, billing, account accuracy, and guest enquiries.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and other hotel teams to set selling strategies and maximize occupancy.
• Monitor public areas in partnership with restaurant and security teams, addressing issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Night Manager in a 4★ or 5★ hotel property.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of Catalan and oth...
