New Business Development Support Staff-Construction / Manufacture

Job Description

-Support the Business Development team in daily sales activities.
-Assist sales staff with customer communication and follow-up.
-Coordinate with existing B2B customers regarding orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
-Prepare sales documents, quotations, and reports.
-Coordinate internally with related departments to ensure smooth project execution.
-Support contract administration and other related business operations.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

-Bachelor's degree.
-Japanese language proficiency (approximately JLPT N2 level or above).
-Sales experience in the construction materials or manufacturing industry.
