Board Member – Foresee Foundation

Foresee Foundation is seeking board members to join our team. We are looking for passion and drive to serve the St. Maarten non‑profit community.

Responsibilities

• Source local and international donors/sponsors (monetary/in‑kind)
• Actively participate in quarterly board meetings.
• Review and approve annual projects, budgets, and decisions.
• Actively contribute to grant and reporting writing.
• Actively support the Foresee Directors with Project Management tasks.
• Support in the maintenance of the Database.
• Support in maintenance and financial administration.
• Be committed to the organization’s mission and values.
• Facilitate community connections for our organization.
• Assist in developing a strategic plan for our organization.
• Prepare minutes of the board meetings.
