Responsibilities
- Act as SME and service owner for enterprise network services, overseeing full lifecycle delivery, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Plan, implement, and govern service changes while proactively managing risks, incidents, and service performance.
- Provide advanced operational support, on‑call coverage, and continuous maintenance to ensure stable, secure, and high‑performing services.
