The role

The Network Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the organization’s enterprise network and voice infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. Focused on performance, security, and reliability, the role involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and executing maintenance activities to ensure stable operations. The Network Specialist will also help implement security controls, enhance network resilience, and develop standard procedures while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve network services.
