Network Engineer

Summary The Network Engineer provides operational support and monitoring for Cisco, Cisco Meraki, and Microsoft infrastructure products. The incumbent performs routine network administration and assists other IT staff with system administration in a virtualized environment. Responsibilities The successful candidate must have networking experience and a proven track record of outstanding customer service and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and supporting network infrastructure, computer hardware and software, telecommunications and audio/video equipment, and specialized court technology systems. The role requires the ability to work directly with judges, special masters, chambers personnel, and court staff to support technological needs in chambers, courtrooms, and remote work environments.
