Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer with 6-10 years’ experience to support, design, maintain, implement, and optimise network infrastructure across enterprise environments.

- Network Operations & Support
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for network incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
- Network Performance & Monitoring
- Monitor LAN, WAN, and VPN connections using network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, or Wireshark).
- Analyse traffic patterns, troubleshoot latency or packet loss, and ensure optimal performance.
