Network Engineer (Dispatch)
Job Title: Network Engineer — a dispatch role requiring on‑site presence at the Richmond, BC client site as needed.
The Network Engineer (Dispatch) is responsible for providing first and second‑level technical support, managing the assignment and dispatch of service requests, and ensuring end‑user issues are resolved promptly either directly or through coordination with other technicians.
Scope of Work (Dispatch Activities)
- Network device installation, replacement, and troubleshooting
- Rack & stack of network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, APs)
- Cable patching, labeling, and basic cable management
- Hands & feet support for remote network teams
- Site readiness checks and basic validation
- Follow client SOPs and safety guidelines
