This role is based in Dublin City 4 days a week, in modern luxury office space. EU Passport or Stamp 4 essential AI-assisted development: GitHub Copilot is used responsibly to support coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation, with a strong focus on offloading mundane tasks and accelerating delivery (e.g. generating workflow APIs in ~30 minutes). Theyre looking to understand your knowledge of AI, both within and outside of work, including your genuine, pragmatic opinions on how it should be used. This is their new way of working: theyre actively adopting these tools, building processes around them, and learning as they go.Collaboration is central, with pair and mob programming used to explore how AI can help generate UI concepts and interface code, prototype quickly, and reduce boilerplate on the backend.
