Need help with miscellaneous moving tasks in Nottingham

I'm moving locally within Nottingham and need someone to help with a few extra moving tasks besides the main loading and unloading. Tasks include disassembling a bed, packing fragile items, moving a bookshelf up one flight of stairs, and placing furniture in the correct rooms. I have a UK-size van, but I may need an extra pair of hands for 2-3 hours. I prefer punctual, careful handling of valuables, and basic lifting safety. If you have dolly/work gloves and can help with small assembly that would be ideal. Please confirm availability, insurance, and a rough estimate for 3 hours.
