Sales Strategy & Execution: Set and execute a national sales strategy aligned with Metrohm Canada’s growth objectives, translating corporate goals into actionable regional plans while owning forecasting, pipeline performance, CRM discipline, and revenue delivery.

Sales & Marketing Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing national sales organization, setting clear expectations, building territorial business plans, set clear KPIs and accountability frameworks, and fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
