Responsibilities

  • Maintaining relationships with prospective and existing Direct Investing partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to support business development, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
  • Supporting the execution of business processes by understanding partner and client needs, coordinating tailored follow‑ups, and helping advance opportunities through the pipeline
  • Developing and executing client‑facing and partner‑facing communications, including outreach materials, updates and coordinated messaging
  • Planning and coordinating client and partner events/meetings, including logistics, invitations, follow‑ups and post‑event reporting
  • Scheduling and managing large group meetings, including strategic client meetings, for the Strategic Partnerships and High Priority Client teams
