Position Details: Full Time Permanent, New Position
Starting Salary: $119,300 based on a 35-hour work week and commensurate with individual education and experience, as it relates to the position.
Location: Remote or Hybrid at any DUC office across Canada

What You Will Do

Reporting to the National Director of Development, the National Manager of Development is responsible for leading the growth, development, and successful execution of a comprehensive fundraising team including membership, midlevel, major gifts and planned giving programs – building a pipeline of donors with the ultimate goal of cultivating long term, major gift and planned giving relationships.
