Opportunity Description
The NKA Manager, CVS & Snack Chainis responsible for developing and accelerating Lotus Bakeries’ business in China’s fast-growing Convenience Store (CVS) and Snack Chain channels.
You will be at the forefront of capturing growth opportunities within national operating CVS and Snack Chains, translating channel strategy into executable customer business plans, and building long-term partnerships through Joint Business Planning (JBP). CVS & Snack Chainare becoming a key engine for future offline expansion, and this role is critical to unlocking that potential.
This position plays a strategic role in strengthening brand presence, driving incremental volume, and ensuring consistent execution across regions in collaboration with regional sales teams and distributors.
The NKA Manager, CVS & Snack Chain reports direct to Sales Director of LBCN, who reports direct to the Country Manager China.
