Role Overview North America is experiencing an unprecedented transmission build‑out. BBA’s Transmission and Distribution group delivers complex, multi‑phase projects across Canada and internationally. The National Director – Transmission and Distribution Lines will set the national direction, build high‑performing teams, own delivery outcomes and lead the discipline across the country.

Responsibilities Strategic and market leadership

Maintain a global vision of transmission line projects, from opportunity identification through development, permitting, detailed engineering and construction support, as well as an understanding of how multidisciplinary aspects and engineering disciplines come together to execute successfully

Hold a clear market vision: anticipate where the sector is heading and translate evolving client expectations across utilities, industrial and renewables markets into BBA’s strategy
