As a National Account Manager, Farm & Hardware (NAM, F&H) you will be part of a dedicated team based in Halifax, NS and reporting to the Sales Manager .
Responsibilities
- Increase sales for the portfolio for your respective businesses
- Prepare and present business plans including line review process, assortment expansion, account promotional plans, merchandising co‑development and execution, coordination of divisional channel manager activities, and ecommerce strategy
- Account P&L responsibility: top‑line sales, standard margin, warranty, and controllable expenses
- Co‑op and VR negotiations
- Lead purposeful meetings with account key contacts, driving POS and shipments
- Fine‑mitigation management
- Partner with Channel Manager to execute business plan
- Own forecasting (unit detail / sales call reconciliation)
