Job description

  • To devise & deliver exceptional business plans with key customers, ensuring sales of our products are maximised at key trading periods. 
  • Manage P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts and deliver value, volume and GP% metrics 
  • To build unrivalled cross functional relationships with key customer contacts across buying, supply chain, category & format teams 
  • Work with the Category Manager to deliver killer insights that drive significant business benefit
  • Deliver top class visibility and penetration through bringing BEAR alive in stores (POS, secondary displays, samplings) and online.
  • Utilise customer systems to maximise our sales including influencing availability, compliance, promotion management
  • Work with BEAR field sales team to ensure delivery of strong local activation
