Explore customer service evaluation as a Mystery Shopper in a local shopping centre. Conduct undercover assessments, produce reports, and enhance store environments through your insights.
This role requires investigative expertise to assess customer service quality at physical locations. You will be gathering evidence reports based on your experiences. Note that this position is on-site only, with no remote work options available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce detailed reports on shopping experiences
• Evaluate customer service and store environments
• Conduct undercover assessments in retail settings
• Observe and document store interactions
• Share findings to improve service quality
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience
• Attention to detail in evaluations
• Access to personal transportation
