Opportunity Description
Citi’s Spread Products is seeking an experienced Vice President or Director to join its Structuring business, with focus on municipal natural gas and power prepayment transactions (“Municipal Prepays”) in addition to other structured credit initiatives.
The Muni Prepay Structurer is a strategic professional who has experience originating, structuring and executing Muni Prepay transactions. The role will require both direct client origination and coordination across major stakeholders, Sales/Banking, Legal, Tax, Credit Risk, Treasury and Trading.
**Responsibilities:**
+ The Muni Prepay Structurer will hold a key role in originating, structuring and executing Municipal Prepay transactions, with Citi acting as prepaid supplier, commodity upstream supplier and/or funding recipient
