Position Overview

Multinational Issuing Office Specialist responsible for local level regulatory oversight and service delivery for multinational programs. Acts as the internal subject‑matter expert on in‑country insurance regulations and market practices, managing servicing for local policies involving higher complexity.

Responsibilities

• Manage service for local policies with higher complexity, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
• Oversee all aspects of service delivery for inbound multinational accounts, including processing and portfolio management.
• Train and manage the Issuing Office Multinational Coordinator and Issuing Office Multinational Administrator on outsourced activities related to servicing of complex clients.
• Ensure appropriate IO fees are received based on work performed in the country for assigned accounts.
