Description
The Multifamily Training Specialist is a member of the Friedman Training Department responsible for supporting the onboarding, training, and continued development of employees across our multifamily portfolio.
This position is ideal for an experienced multifamily professional who is passionate about developing others and is looking to transition into a career in training. Working closely with the Training Department, Regional Managers, and onsite teams, the Training Specialist will facilitate training programs, coach employees, support new hire onboarding, reinforce company processes, and provide hands-on assistance with operational systems and best practices.
This is a field-based position requiring regular travel to multifamily communities throughout the Friedman portfolio this would include the occasional travel to out-of-state properties to support training initiatives, new hire onboar...
