Opportunity Description
**Preventive Maintenance**
+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with the hotel's Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program.
+ Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house, and engineering plant rooms.
+ Identify equipment deterioration and perform proactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
+ Ensure maintenance activities are completed in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and engineering standards.
**Corrective Maintenance**
+ Respond promptly to maintenance requests through the hotel's work order system.
+ Diagnose faults and perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and building systems.
+ Restore equipment and facilities to operational condition with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
+ Escalate specialized repairs beyond the scope of the role to the Engineering Supervisor.
