Multi-Family Residential Project Lead (Structural)

R+A Engineering is looking for an experienced structural engineer to lead our multi‑family residential projects. You will act as the engineer of record on mid‑rise housing, taking projects from proposal through to final schedules and owning both the design and the client relationship.

Role

Our multi‑family work includes five‑ and six‑storey wood‑frame on concrete podium buildings. These include mixed‑use developments, market, and affordable housing across BC and Alberta. As the lead on these projects, you would be responsible for the structural design, drawing production and details, construction administration, and the working relationships with architects, developers, and contractors. You will be the main structural contact, driving progress and working alongside a strong team of EITs and technologists.
