About the Job

Reporting to the Professional Practice Leader (or designate), the MRI Technologist performs magnetic resonance imaging procedures. This position is responsible for assisting the Radiologists during procedures, inputting patient-specific data into the Radiology Information System (RIS) and PACS, and providing direction regarding procedures to student technologists and staff trainees. Vernon Jubilee Hospital has the newest MRI Scanner in the Okanagan Valley — a 1.5T Siemens Sola with up-to-date software.

This is a Casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours of work and can range from 0-37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
