About the Role
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. You’ll handle a variety of tasks across the motel, with opportunities to grow and learn in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing reservations, guest check-ins and customer experience
- Managing our housekeeping team, including training, rostering, and submitting timesheets to the office team.
- Overseeing financial records and reports - EOD reporting, EFTPOS Summary and banking, generating weekly financial reports.
