Description
A.T. Still University's Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-MOSDOH) is seeking a non-exempt, full-time Clinical Receptionist on the St. Louis, MO campus. This position reports to the Clinical Operations Manager. The Clinical Receptionist will greet and direct clients and visitors while answering incoming calls, taking messages, and responding to patient inquiries or complaints by referring them to the appropriate staff. Monitor patient flow, notify the Operations Director/Assistant Director of any issues, and contact dental assistant staff when patients arrive for appointments. Provide administrative support by preparing or editing Word and Excel documents, maintaining meeting room schedules, sorting mail, and completing filing and other general office duties as needed.
