Monitoring - field support specialist

Terra Energy is seeking a highly responsive and technically skilled Monitoring – Field Support Specialist to provide real-time support to our field installation teams during solar system commissioning, activation, and troubleshooting activities.

This role serves as the primary technical support resource for installers in the field, ensuring systems are properly energized, commissioned, connected, and reporting correctly on monitoring platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong photovoltaic (PV) system knowledge with excellent communication skills and the ability to solve technical issues quickly under pressure.

Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the capability to support multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with field teams, project managers, and operations personnel.
