Responsibilities:
Execute engineering tasks and provide technical support to the Process Engineering team.
Participate in the development, adjustment, and optimization of plastic injection molding processes.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including engineering runs and process validations.
Execute and document equipment and process qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Collect, analyze, and interpret process data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process stability.
Prepare protocols, technical reports, and documentation required for validations and process changes.
Apply scientific molding methodologies and troubleshooting tools to improve performance, quality, and productivity.
Support quality investigations related to the molding process.
