Opportunity Description

Kenaidan is seeking a proficient Shop Administrator in Mississauga to enhance our administrative operations. You will manage equipment tracking, support procurement tasks, and maintain vital shop records daily.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Shop Coordinator on material requests, invoice processing, and monitor fuel usage. Your background in administrative tasks and excellent communication will help foster a productive shop environment. You’ll ensure critical documentation is filed accurately and assist in managing the preventative maintenance program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track equipment and material information systematically
• Support requests for equipment and material purchases
• Administer 407 transponders and company gas cards
• Allocate charges from the shop to specific projects
• Process corporate Mastercard billing monthly
