Mining Engineer with Project Management Focus

Support key mining projects as a Mining Engineer, providing engineering design and cost estimation for both open pit and underground sites. This role includes technical studies and operational support.
You will work closely with Project Managers, focusing on a variety of engineering projects. Your tasks will include preparing NI 43-101 compliant reports, conducting technical reviews, and estimating costs for current projects. Upholding the JDS Way, you will promote accountability and professionalism throughout your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute mine engineering designs for diverse projects
• Conduct technical studies and reviews as needed
• Prepare and analyze operating and capital cost estimates
• Provide onsite operational support during projects
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders about project status
