Mineral Processing Manager

Position Overview

The Mineral Processing Manager will support the corporate technical team in providing metallurgical and processing support across Waterton’s operating and development assets.

Based in Toronto, this role will work closely with the Director of Metallurgy & Process Development to support operational performance improvement, engineering review, and metallurgical analysis activities.

The position will focus on:

• Operational metallurgical support for an operating Cu/Mo flotation concentrator
• Metallurgical and engineering support for a large-scale gold heap leach development project
• Day-to-day technical support for corporate metallurgical initiatives
• Cross-disciplinary collaboration with geology, mining, engineering, permitting and finance teams
