Mine Support Operator

Atlantic Operations is a wholly owned subsidiary of St Barbara Limited, an ASX listed gold producer and explorer with mining assets in Canada and Australia.

We are currently seeking 2 Mine Support Operators to support our Atlantic Operations. These roles are full time, max-term positions, reporting to the Site Supervisor and will be based at our Touquoy mine site located approximately 1-hour northeast of Halifax, near Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia.

Opportunity

• Perform required checks and record detailed operating information and notes in log sheets.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the work area.
• Be able to conduct training and provide mentorship to trainees.
• Work with and assist the maintenance team as required to ensure equipment is in optimal operating condition to avoid unnecessary downtime or delays.
