Opportunity Description
Drive performance in mining as the Supervisor of Mine Operations and Drill and Blast, working a 4x4-Day Shift schedule. Oversee drilling and blasting crews to achieve production goals safely and efficiently.
Reporting to the Superintendent of Mine Services, you will lead drilling and blasting functions while collaborating with engineers and pit supervisors. This role demands mentorship and leadership to enhance crew performance and efficiency, ensuring adherence to health and safety programs. You will also manage contractor activities and support nitrate management initiatives for site compliance.
