Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with underground supervisors and captains to maintain a 36‑hour rolling shift schedule for all underground operations.
• Manage real‑time dispatching and task assignments to underground personnel.
• Document and justify variances in compliance between planned and actual results during the 3‑shift plan.
• Communicate effectively with crews, technical services and other departments.
• Ensure accurate metric tracking, data collection and validation.
• Optimize dispatching decisions and adjustments based on real‑time operational data to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor personnel and equipment localization; monitor underground power consumption, pumps, water levels, ore and waste pass levels, ventilation system, and consumables.
• Act as liaison between Paste Plant and underground mine operations.
