As a key member of the site team, the Mill Helper maintains and cleans the Sand and Gravel Plant regarding operational standards. You will engage actively in promoting safety culture and work closely with the Environmental Department to manage operations effectively. Your role supports the efficient and safe operation of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a presentable and functional plant site
• Operate equipment per manufacturer specifications
• Implement daily inspections and preventive maintenance
